Product Information
What purity are your research peptides?+
Every compound is independently HPLC-MS tested at batch level, with published purity typically between 98% and 99.9%. The exact figure for the batch you receive is printed on the vial and matched to a Certificate of Analysis on our Lab Results page.
How do I read a Certificate of Analysis?+
The COA lists the compound name, CAS number, batch identifier, test date, HPLC purity result and mass-spec identity confirmation. Match the batch ID on your vial label to the batch ID on the COA — they must be identical.
What form do the peptides arrive in?+
All peptides ship as a sterile lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a tamper-evident vial, sealed under nitrogen. Some vials may appear to contain very little powder — this is normal for milligram quantities.
Do you supply bacteriostatic water and supplies?+
Yes. Bacteriostatic water, sterile syringes, alcohol swabs and sharps containers are all listed under the Supplies category in the catalogue.

Do I need a licence or account to order?+
No licence is required to purchase research chemicals for laboratory use, and you can check out as a guest. By ordering you confirm you are 18+ and that materials will be used for research purposes only.
Can I change or cancel an order?+
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Email us with your order reference and we'll amend or cancel it. Once your parcel is scanned into the Australia Post network we can't recall it.
Why bank transfer only?+
Card processors routinely decline research chemical merchants, which means frozen funds and failed orders. Direct bank transfer means no surcharges, no declines, and Osko payments that usually clear within minutes.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast is dispatch?+
Orders with cleared funds before 2pm AEST are dispatched the same business day from our NSW facility. Everything after that goes out the next business morning.
Do you ship Australia-wide?+
Yes — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT, all via Australia Post Express Post with full tracking. Express Post is free on orders over $100.
Is packaging discreet?+
Always. Parcels are plain, unbranded and carry no reference to the contents on the outside.
Do you ship internationally?+
No. We supply Australian addresses only, which is exactly why our stock never touches customs.
Handling & Storage
How should I store the vials?+
Store lyophilised vials in a cool, dry, dark place — refrigeration at 2–8°C is recommended for long-term storage. Avoid repeated temperature cycling.
How do I reconstitute?+
Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial. Never shake — swirl gently until fully dissolved. Store the reconstituted solution refrigerated and protected from light.
How long is a batch good for?+
Lyophilised powder stored correctly is stable for 24+ months from the test date shown on the COA. Reconstituted solutions have a much shorter working window and should be refrigerated.
