Clearing and matching
Transfers land against your unique order reference. Osko payments from major Australian banks generally clear within minutes; transfers initiated outside banking hours are matched the following morning.
Pick, verify, pack
Each vial is picked against the order, and the batch identifier is verified against the published certificate before it is packed. Cold-sensitive material is packed with an insulated liner.
Dispatch and tracking
Parcels leave our NSW facility the same business day when funds clear before 2pm AEST, via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the manifest is lodged.
